María Rotondo Urcola and Verónica Pascual have stepped down from Telefónica Group’s Board of Directors, with entertainment entrepreneur Anna Martinez Balañá and Atento Chief Executive Monica Rey Amado set to replace them. The moves come after a major refresh of the operator’s board personnel, following a shift in strategy.
